Hey,

Just posting this note to let you guys know that we decided to change our name. Over the course of the past three years as Wifebeater we’ve have come to realize that this name has somewhat limited us and the people we can reach. Our music has also progressed and although the name may of have fit what we were trying to do when we started out, we no longer feel like it does.

We have also known that our name has offended many people. It became a source of conversation and sparked debates amongst strangers over ideas which wouldn’t have been brought up, and although we do believe in this aspect of the name, we wanted to take this opportunity to apologize for any harsh memories, feelings of insecurity, or any other negativeness that our name may of have caused anyone.

So here’s whats up:

- Our new name is Lilith

-Were releasing “Return” under our new name as a 7” with Get Better Records and Out Of This Records  in early March in Pittsburgh, PA. 

-Were playing a few shows in the coming weeks. The dates will be posted on our new facebook page: facebook.com/pages/lilith
